Exercise systems developed over many centuries, designed to promote health and well being through relaxed and natural movements that work in harmony with your body.
My own current training is primarily with the Longfei Taijiquan Association and the Chinese Internal Arts Association.
I have over 25 years teaching experience in a wide variety of contexts -
I have a particular interest in Tai Chi for more specialised health contexts, in particular falls prevention. My membership of the Tai Chi and Chi Kung Forum for Health is an expression of this.
