Actively Promote Your Health and Wellbeing
Born and bred in Northamptonshire I worked as a school teacher and in IT before directing my career towards Chinese Health systems and now my work is centred around offering Acupuncture, Tui Na, Tai Chi and Qigong.

In 2010 I attended the 10th International Health Qigong Conference at Beijing Sports University with other members of the English Daoyin Yangsheng Gong Association.
We were persuaded to enter the competition on the last day and returned with a gold medal for our team event.
I also achieved my 4th Duan Instructors certificate (Daoyin Yangsheng Gong) as part of this trip.
I am a member of the Chinese Internal Arts Association run by Karel and Eva Koskuba and I am actively studying Yiquan and the Chen style Laojia with them.
Longfei Taijiquan Association
Chinese Internal Arts Association
I am an instructor member of the Longfei Taijiquan Association and a certified instructor both of Daoyin Yangsheng Gong (Exercises for general Health) and of Tai Chi for Arthritis, also I am a member of the Chinese Internal Arts Association and the Guizhou Tai Chi Research Institute.
Tai Chi and Chi Kung Forum for Health
Given my particular interest in Tai Chi for more specialised health contexts, in particular falls prevention I am also a member of the Tai Chi and Chi Kung Forum for Health for whom I am currently Course Director and Chairman of the Steering Group
Tai Chi and Qigong
Li Tianji’s Birthday Celebrations in Beijing & another Gold Medal
In 2015 I attended the Celebrations of Li Tianji’s 100th Birthday.
This great event was meticulously organised by his nephew Li Deyin and it was a wonderful opportunity to experience the wider Longfei global community coming together to show their respect for the Longfei founder.
I also won gold again as part of the Longfei UK team.
